Kristine Hembre

My life changed so much when my husband's Alzheimers worsened. When Kristine was recommended I was hesitant. I wanted no more people in my life. But she has helped me. At this difficult time I am supported and feel the importance of my dedication to my husband. I have a confidence I haven't had in years. We make strategies and goals. We sometimes laugh but always she cares that I am supported in this time.

When Dee"s cancer got worse, I was overwhelmed. My doctor recommended Kristine when my blood pressure was rising and my weight dropping. Kristine helped me organize and understand my wife's medicines and treatment. We got delivered meals twice a week and home delivery of groceries. I even started playing chess again. While Dee has passed I feel supported by my time with Kristine.

- Tom W, caregiver 83yo

I never thought my career as Doctor would head this way. I work for a large organization that does not know me as an individual. I have requested a part time position for years. While I wait approval I have spent time in coaching. My focus on my hobbies and interests is strengthened by my goals set. I have added yoga and mindfulness. Husband and I share more now as I realize I am not alone in burnout. I found a way to be happy as I wait for the powers to grant me part time status. I am grateful for the help and support of Kristine and Flow Coaching.

- Amanda P, M.D.

When I saw a flyer of Flow coaching I was very unhappy. My life as an RN was not what I had anticipated. So much work headaches and always feeling the pressure of time. Over time, not enough time. We started working on my lifestyle and my concerns in coaching. I am healthier now. While I may not like all about my job, I am less stressed by coworkers, patients and supervisor when I have my life off the hamster wheel. I am now more sure of my choices and stay in balance with time for me too.
